We are currently searching for a highly-motivated, creative and results-driven individual to join our Recruitment team in Belgium as a Talent Acquisition Intern.
You will be responsible for the smooth recruitment process from A to Z for specific positions, managing job adverts, qualifying candidates, arranging interviews with managers and providing feedback.
This key role requires flexibility, self-confidence and a proactive approach. You will share your time between our offices in Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.
Responsibilities
* Collect and analyse recruitment needs
* Develop the talents pipeline
* Build and implement strategies to increase presence on the Belgium recruitment market
* Manage the whole recruitment cycle
* Attend professional events (job fairs, company presentations, networking events)
Requirements
* Fluent in French and English
* A first relevant experience in recruitment
* Motivated, disciplined and fun
* Marketing skills and creativity
* At least a bachelor degree
* Ability to travel and own transportation
Preferred Qualifications
* Interest in the IT industry
* Fluent in Dutch

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience
