What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly specialized Sales Agent to join our team in Belgium. This professional should have experience in the specification, architecture, office, hospitality, retail, and education sectors, as well as their own client portfolio and the ability to open new markets.
Your mission will be not only to sell our design panels but also to develop and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality, offices, and position ECOcero as the leading provider of decorative acoustic solutions.
Responsibilities
* Client Portfolio Development (B2B): Leverage and expand the existing client portfolio in the specification, architecture, hospitality, education, retail, and restaurant sectors.
* Lead Generation: Identify and establish relationships with new potential clients.
* Market Opportunity Identification: Analyze the local market and identify niche opportunities where our acoustic panels can provide added value.
* Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations to potential clients, highlighting the competitive advantages of our sound-absorbing panels and their unique aesthetics.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the ECOcero team to design strategies that allow us to stand out from the competition.
* Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and specification in the architecture, interior design, retail, office, and/or hospitality sectors.
* Active client portfolio and established connections in the Belgian market.
* Knowledge of acoustic products and a passion for sustainable design.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Languages: Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English.
