We are looking for a Project Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in a multinational environment. Reporting to the Customer Satisfaction and Project Quality Assurance Manager, your mission is to ensure the adequate industrialization of products using the APQP process for the entire portfolio of development projects. You will manage a team of 2 to 3 engineers and work closely with the VP Program Manager. You will also BE responsible for managing some development projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 2 to 3 engineers depending on the number of projects.
- Ensure that your team meets project management expectations in terms of quality deliverables.
- Analyze, challenge, and implement customer contractual and technical requirements.
- BE responsible for the Quality Assurance Plan and associated documents such as the Qualification Plan.
- BE an ambassador for the APQP approach and ensure the methodology is respected.
- Manage the progress of PPAP deliverables to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
- Support process owners in monitoring indicators, improvement actions, and achieving objectives.
- Monitor and communicate quality performance through audits.
- In collaboration with the Project Manager, ensure the handover from Development to Serial Process.
- Organize and participate in external audits, certifications, and customer visits.
- Analyze and support requests for quotation (non-recurring costs) for new business.
Le profil recherché
Your Profile :
- You hold a university degree or equivalent in electro-mechanics/aeronautics.
- You have 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- You have managed quality in industrial projects before.
- You are eager to grow in a team leader role. A first experience in team leadership is a plus.
- You are proficient with multimedia tools to document your reports and presentations (Office, etc.).
- You master quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plans, First Article Inspection, etc.
- You can work within a Multifunctional Team.
- You have coordination and synthesis skills.
- You are hands-on and have a sense of initiative.
- You are familiar with EN9100 and EASA PART 21G standards.
- Your "commercial" sensitivity allows you to naturally manage customer interactions.
- You are ready to carry out missions at customer and supplier sites.
- Fluent in English.
