About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our expansion in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing market presence across Europe.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving expansion: Lead the acquisition of new clients for various European logistics platforms, focusing on the fashion and apparel industry.

* Network building: Cultivate and expand your professional network, generating awareness, interest, and trust through direct sales initiatives and active participation in industry events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A master's degree or equivalent by experience.
* A fluency in Dutch and English is a must, with knowledge of any other language such as French being a plus.
* Experience in transport logistics, particularly in warehousing, with a previous experience within Fashion or apparel being desirable but not essential.
* Natural aptitude for prospecting and networking, proven ability to build and maintain a balanced and thriving sales pipeline.
* Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying and engaging new prospects, strong relationship-building skills with senior industry leaders and key influencers.
