What Youll Do
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the full product category of power tools, outdoor tools and home cleaning products within the consumer channels. You will be responsible for new product introductions, SKU management and pricing. You will develop your product category through market, customers, competitors, retail price settings and white spaces analysis. The ideal candidate will have strategic and operational responsibility in terms of product portfolio management, for the different product groups under their responsibility. You will continuously aims at positive development of the annual turnover and the overall profitability of the business. A hands on mentality is a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee tactical and operational management of BLACK+DECKER, STANLEY FATMAX, and WOLF Garten product groups.
* Optimize and maintain the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with eCommerce growth plans.
* Develop and execute regional launch and promo plans, conducting price analysis and adjustments.
* Collaborate with central product managers, commercialisation teams, and local sales for alignment and sales conversion.
* Participate in strategic meetings and create annual marketing plans for stakeholders and customers.
* Manage budgets, sales growth, and engage in the full marketing mix, including PR and social media.
* Drive commercial planning and caigns from concept to delivery, ensuring budget compliance.
* Present commercialisation plans effectively and maintain lean product portfolios to improve working capital.
* Reduce excess and obsolete stock, managing product data for price lists and e commerce activities.
