The Marketing & Communication Assistant will be based in Brussels to strengthen the development of the company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company, ensuring effective promotion of properties, services, and brand presence. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
You will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
* Group Communication & Marketing administration
Work with the team to develop targeted marketing strategies internal and external
Coordinate and manage communication content (news media communications materials, including news releases, company information)
Content creation (press release, advertisements/editorials)
Create and implement a CRM database to centralize and manage client, partner, and investor information efficiently
Maintain and update the CRM system to optimize communication
Use and share CRM analytics in the team to provide insights for marketing campaigns and customer relationship management
* Real Estate projects and investments: Marketing and Communication
Advocate our corporate identity
Produce high quality media i.e., picture, short promotional video
Ensure visual identity of a project
Plan and execute the digital communication strategy for the projects
Develop the branding: updating and/or creating new templates
Design PowerPoint presentations (including regular updates)
* Investor Relation & Capital raising: Marketing and Communication
Advocate our corporate identity
Produce high quality media i.e., picture, short promotional video
Ensure visual identity of a project
Plan and execute the digital communication strategy for reporting and campaigns
Develop the branding: updating and/or creating new templates
Design PowerPoint presentations (including regular updates)
* Follow-up of our memberships, sponsoring and events
Oversee company memberships and sponsorship initiatives
Support the planning and execution of corporate events
* Administrative support
Provide general administrative support to the team, including maintaining databases, coordinating schedules and handling inquiries
What kind of profile we are looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Communication - or similar experience
* Previous experience in marketing or real estate is preferred
* English C1 level and French C1/C2 level
* Microsoft Office, Wordpress, Adobe CC (InDesign, photoshop, illustrator…)
* AI proficiency is an asset (ChatGPT, Copilot, …)
* CRM Management
* Good client services approach
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Spirit of initiative and autonomy
