The Commercialization & Validation Engineering team is responsible to ensure a flawless introduction of new products and technologies. With a focus on "first time right" execution, we ensure top quality, consistent performance, regulatory compliance, and optimized margins - all delivered with exceptional speed. Besides New Product Launches, the team is also on the lookout for optimalizations of our current product portfolio by defining project that has a positive impact on Operational Excellence, improve labor efficiency and Right First Time. The team is also responsible for interplant product transfers and transit testing. The teams works closely with internal and external stakeholders from project briefing to launch. For example, the team will develop robust technical commercialization plans, conduct thorough risk analysis, develop recovery plans, and ensure seamless alignment with technical milestones to ensure success. What can you expect from an internship in IT & Data at the Commercialization & Validation Engineering department? · Personal Team Interactions: You will work in a small, collaborative team environment. This setup allows you to closely engage with colleagues, ensuring you receive the necessary support to successfully complete your projects. · Master Data Centralization from Various Sources: You will collect and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization. · Excel, Databases and Power BI Management: Oversee and maintain our data systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient storage. · Create Insightful Dashboards and Reports: You will use Power BI to provide actionable insights, dashboards and reports for decision-making. · Data Analysis: Dive deep into data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
