Your role will be to assist the commercial department and to provide adequate support in order to allow the business to flow smoothly.Responsibilities- Support the commercial manager with the administrative tasks of the sales (SAP follow up, invoices, etc.) ; - Liaise with the clients and follow up their orders, queries and specific needs ; - Daily contacts with the other departments (logistic, finance, IT, distribution, etc.) ; - Follow-up of shipments, off-takes and stocks ; - Support Office matters; - Actualise client files; - Report monthly inventories to the headquarters in Spain.LogisticsLiaising with the distribution and logistics departments for booking of vessels as per clients’ requirements.Follow-up of shipments, off-takes and stocks.Reconciliation and reporting of monthly inventories to the principals in Spain.Booking truck off-takes for terminals.Documentary credits Checking incoming Letters of Credit (L/C).Verifying and revising the L/C documents raised by the documentation department. Submits and negotiates L/C documents with the banks.Liaising with the clients, documentary department and banks and follow-up of all documentary credits.Office matters.Support the office matters (telephone, )Support local office contracts, order local small supplies.ProfielQualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience ; - Fluent in English, good level of Spanish (you'll have to answer mails and work on SAP in spanish) and good level of French or Dutch ; - A good knowledge of SAP is a major advantage.Aanbod- Van € 2.800 tot € 3.000 per jaarOffer- An interesting salary adapted to your qualifications and extra legal advantages ; - A position to be filled immediately ; - Possibility to telework ; - A contract until january 2022 that can be reconducted into a long term contract.
