Customer Relations and Communications Officer
At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Customer Relations and Communications Officer to join our UniQue team in Braine-L'Alleud, Belgium.
What will you be doing in this role?
* Manage and collate customer feedback from various channels.
* Analyze customer feedback and behavior to recommend improvements for satisfaction and engagement.
* Collaborate with internal departments to implement feedback and enhance customer experience.
* Create reports and presentations on feedback trends for management.
* Train and guide staff on consistent and effective feedback handling.
* Identify potential issues and craft appropriate responses.
* Work with Senior Management to develop communication strategies.
* Assist in communicating strategies and messages from Senior Management.
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate communications across all channels to internal and external audiences.
* Lead key internal and external communications projects, collaborating with stakeholders.
* Plan and manage the design, content, and production of marketing materials.
* Collaborate with departments to develop and distribute related marketing material.
* Work with internal staff and other entities to generate new ideas and strategies.
* Ensure communications remain on-brand and on-message.
* Build and maintain the image library.
* Manage and maintain the Chief Blog.
* Collaborate with the other teams to ensure SharePoint content is current, accurate, and engaging.
What will you be bringing to the team?
* Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
* Excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
* Prior experience of direct customer interactions, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback via phone, email, chat, or in person and drafting/providing appropriate feedback.
* Familiarity with managing or engaging customers through social media platforms.
* Knowledge of promoting services, generating new strategies, and improving visibility both internally and externally.
* Skilled in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction processes.
* Experience of creating communications content, including photography, video, and blogs that reflect the organization's branding and customer engagement goals.
* The following are considered an advantage:
o Competent in managing relationships with internal and external customers.
o Proven ability to analyze customer feedback to identify trends and insights that inform strategies for improving satisfaction and engagement.
o Expertise in planning, delivering, and evaluating communication strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, newsletters) for both internal and external audiences.
o Experience in training and guiding staff on best practices for handling customer feedback and ensuring a consistent, customer-focused approach.
o Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolset.
* Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
