Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of digital solutions to both existing clients and new prospects in the Belgian market. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow relationships for a portfolio of named accounts.
* Proactively pursue new business opportunities to win new logos.
* Own your sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
* Understand our solutions portfolio and tailor it to meet the specific client needs.
* Drive compelling presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager within IT.
* Established network within either FSI, Government, Manufacturing or Services.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in Dutch, English and French is highly preferred.
