Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Management Consultant to join our client. In this role, you will work closely with clients to optimise their service management processes, ensuring that they get the most out of their Atlassian tools. You will leverage your business process consulting background to design, implement, and refine service management strategies that align with client goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable service management solutions.
* Lead workshops and discussions on best practices for IT service management (ITSM) and service delivery improvement.
* Design, implement, and support customised Atlassian solutions that improve service management workflows and enhance user adoption.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for service management frameworks (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
Qualifications:
* Strong background in business process consulting, with a focus on service management.
* In-depth knowledge of ITIL and other service management frameworks.
* Experience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, etc.) is a significant advantage.
* Experience designing and optimising workflows and service management processes.
* Fluent Dutch or French
