We are looking for a passionate and talented ServiceNow Technical Consultant for Operation to join us and become part of our ServiceNow team for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have experience as ServiceNow Technical Consultant but also as Operation Engineer of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* 2nd Level Support for ServiceNow (Incident Management).
* ServiceNow Platform Management
* Provide at any time an accurate ticket status.
* Identify and provide workarounds.
* Proactive Problem Management.
* Deploy ServiceNow release updates / upgrades / patches / clones.
* Monitoring and management plugins.
* Provide requirements to improve reliability and availability.
* Office hours and if required on-call outside office hours.
* 100% remote, no onsite tasks.
Requirements and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 5+ years of operation experience (Application Manager or 2nd Level Support for ServiceNow).
· Experience as ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
· Good analytics and problem-solving skills.
· Highly focused on quality.
· Independent and reliable way of working.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Very good English. German and/or French are strong plus.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexible, self-motivated, and committed personality with stamina, who maintains overview even in a complex environment.
· Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics.
· Results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion.
· Demonstrated ability to manage adversity and challenging situations.
