We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join an established high-performing team, working within the Automotive industry. Responsibilities:
1. Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
2. Manage a requisition load while providing strategic sourcing in candidate-driven markets.
3. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
4. Partner with sourcing specialists to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
5. Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
Qualifications:
1. Recruitment experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time-sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
2. Prior experience in In-house recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) preferred.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships.
4. A keen understanding of business needs, being regularly around people to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature.
5. Demonstrably skilled with internal and global mobility.
6. Experience in delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
7. Highly skilled with screening candidates, managing stakeholders, and being responsible for offer management and full recruitment lifecycle.
Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turnaround delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process.
