Today we are looking for a JuniorKey Account Manager DIY independent stores to accelerate our business.

You now havethe opportunity of joining the Henkel Consumer Adhesives team in Brussels in astrategically important Account Manager role. Your core responsibility isgrowing categories and strengthening partnerships with multiple directcustomers throughout Belgium. Moreover, you will alsosupport the channel lead DIY on operational management of one of the leadingDIY chains in the Benelux region.
What you´ll do
* Develop and gain agreement on annual joint business plans that align Henkel objectives and strategies with those of the customer.
* Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s: turnover, investments, profit, distribution excellence and market share.
* Developing your integrated promotion plans, managing investments and selling the plan to the customer.
* Strong negotiator on investments, counter performances and promotional discounts, always looking for win-win-win
* situations.
Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly.
* Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer.
* Responsibility for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast (volume + turnover) updates, monthly reports, etc.
* Creating long-term relationships comes naturally to you.
* Driving business opportunities in every situation and you are able to convert ideas into concrete actions & results.
* Excellent internal stakeholder management with different departments (marketing, finance, supply chain, field sales, etc.).
What makes you a good fit
* You have a first relevant experience in a sales-specific role within FMCG, preferably with knowledge of the Do-It-Yourself market
* You hold a Master’s degree in a Business-related subject.
* You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch (written and spoken), as well as good knowledge of French.
* You have a driver's license.
* You have proven negotiation skills and sales track record
* Excel and PowerPoint are good friends of yours
* You are ambitious, driven to win and looking to make a sustainable impact
