We are on the lookout for a talented Pre-Sales Support Officer to join our Applications department. If you have a passion for IT business solutions and software application development, and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you! As a Pre-Sales Support Officer, you will be a key player in our Technical Sales Support Applications team for writing the proposals for tenders. Working closely with our sales teams and business experts, you will help shape and deliver our offerings. The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the European Union, with rare travels to Belgium.
More specifically you will be responsible for...
* Define Solutions: Collaborate with experts to define technical and functional solutions, analyzing customer requirements.
* Coordination of Writers: Manage the writing plan and coordinate contributors involved in drafting proposals.
* Contributing to Drafting: Actively contribute to drafting and finalizing content blocks and technical descriptions of solutions.
* Schedule Management: Ensure deadlines are met and work is well-organized.
* Cost Estimation: Assess costs and charges associated with projects.
* Transversal Collaboration: Work with various NRB entities, subsidiaries, and commercial partners (sales, development, support, management).
Are you the perfect match?
* You have 3-8 years of experience in the area of Pre-sales.
* General knowledge of IT and development concepts (ERP, CRM, BI, DATA, AI, Mainframe) or a strong interest in these areas.
* Understanding of IT project management concepts (planning, governance, etc.).
* Strong writing, analyzing and summarizing skills.
* Experience in writing proposals for public tenders: public and private sector.
* Coordination and leadership abilities, with a knack for taking initiatives.
* Proactive mindset, business analysis, and listening skills, with the ability to think ‘out of the box’.
* Adaptability to handle multiple subjects and rapidly changing contexts.
* Autonomy, resourcefulness, and ability to search for information.
* Proficiency in English, and French is a big plus.
