Job 1: Senior RF IC Layout Engineer
We are currently seeking a Senior RF IC Layout Engineer to join our experienced layout team and contribute to the development of the next generation of mobile phone chips. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer to take a leading role in the design and optimization of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with RF designers to translate high-speed analog and RF circuit designs into high-performance silicon layouts. You will play a key part in floor planning, optimization, and layout implementation using state-of-the-art tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the layout of high-speed analog and RF circuits as part of an experienced design team.
* Collaborate closely with RF designers to meet performance, area, and design constraints through iterative optimization.
* Drive floor planning and layout strategy for advanced SoCs.
* Use Cadence Virtuoso XL and Mentor Graphics tools to create high-quality layouts in nanometre RF CMOS and/or RF SOI technologies.
* Extract and interpret parasitic components to guide layout improvements and ensure performance targets are met.
* Ensure compliance with layout design rules and optimize layouts accordingly.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of layout processes and tools.
* Mentor junior engineers and support best practices across the layout team.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience
* Industry Degree qualified (BS or MS EE degree) in electrical engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience with Cadence OA Virtuoso XL.
* Strong background in RF IC layout (sub-10 GHz range) using CMOS technologies.
* Experience with FinFET technology is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with automation in layout design is a plus.
* In-depth understanding of various RF/analog circuit topologies and layout constraints.
* Ability to work in a process-driven environment with high attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Structured approach to layout methodology and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

We are seeking for a Principal IC Design Engineer. The role plays a key part in developing the next generation of mobile phone chips.
This is a senior technical leadership position for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in RF, analog, or mixed-signal CMOS IC design. You’ll lead by example—architecting, designing, and guiding the development of state-of-the-art integrated circuits while setting a high standard for performance, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to the design of advanced RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits for cutting-edge mobile products.
* Analyze and compare circuit topologies, select optimal architectures, and fine-tune parameters to meet stringent performance targets.
* Act as a technical authority and mentor within a high-performing design team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on architecture, design methodology, and project execution.
* Drive excellence in circuit performance, layout quality, and design flow optimization.
