As a Business Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and ensuring our consultants are always placed in the right projects. In close collaboration with your team, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our office. Together, we will ensure that our consultants thrive, delivering impactful results for our clients.
👀 Your mission:
* You will lead sales efforts for your office, from identifying prospects to closing deals and expanding accounts.
* You will build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring that our consultants are placed in the best possible projects.
* You will work alongside your team to offer the right career opportunities for our consultants, focusing on their development and success.
* You’ll actively identify new business opportunities and leverage your network to create long-term partnerships.
* You will manage aspects of sales and business development, collaborating with senior management as needed.
* You will help ensure that the office operates smoothly, contributing to a fun, dynamic, and high-performing work environment.
📖 Your background:
* You have a higher education degree, preferably in business, sales, or a related field.
* You have 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, ideally within the IT sector.
* You have a proven track record of success in generating new business and managing accounts.
