JOB DESCRIPTION
1. In this multifaceted role, youll oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits for our teams in the Netherlands (+/-50 employees), and Switzerland (+/-20 employees) and support on the Belgium payroll (+/- 150 employees). Beyond ensuring smooth payroll operations, youll act as a trusted HR Business Partner, supporting employees and management with strategic HR guidance.
TASKS
2. Manage international payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations the Netherlands, Switzerland and in Belgium.
3. Design and optimize payroll, compensation, and benefits processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
4. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on payroll, compensation, and benefits matters.
5. Partner with business leaders to support employee growth, performance, and engagement.
6. Provide strategic guidance on HR policies, talent management, and workforce planning.
7. Lead and contribute to HR projects, such as expanding international payroll coverage and implementing new benefits programs (, cafeteria plans).
8. Analyze key HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve people-related processes.
9. Foster a people-first culture, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce.
MUST HAVE skills
10. You have at least 5 years of experience in international payroll and HR role, ideally in an international setting.
11. You are an expert in Dutch and Belgium social legislation and having knowledge of Swiss payrolling regulations or a willingness to learn.
12. You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable tackling complex HR and payroll challenges.
13. Youre familiar with HRIS systems and quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with Workday is a plus.
14. You communicate fluently in English and French- Dutch is a plus.
15. You take ownership of your responsibilities, work autonomously, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
16. Youre proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
