FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - Your Tasks
1. Conduct Financial Audits: Lead both scheduled and ad-hoc audits for the Group's subsidiaries, particularly in the real estate sector.
2. Consolidation Process: Assist in the consolidation process by ensuring adherence to Group procedures and standards.
3. Risk Management: Identify risks related to business objectives and assess the controls in place to mitigate these risks, including active participation in ERP implementation.
4. Reporting: Deliver clear and structured audit results to senior management.
5. Follow-up: Track audit findings, oversee the implementation of recommendations, and monitor progress with cross-functional teams.
6. Collaboration: Work with local fiduciaries and experts on accounting, tax, and legal matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - Your Profile
7. Fluent in English and French, both written and oral. Other language is a plus.
8. At least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial audit or another relevant role.
9. A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
