What will you do?
* As a multilingual customer advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and their customers. Your tasks will include:
* Answering phone calls in Dutch, French, and English for our two main clients.
* Solving real-time situations: scheduling appointments for major banks, transferring calls to social services, or assisting guests who are locked out of their hotel rooms by verifying their bookings.
* Providing administrative support, such as managing online agendas and accurately recording customer information in our internal system.
* Every call is unique: your listening skills and solution-oriented mindset will make all the difference!

What makes you the perfect candidate?
* You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, French, and English.
* A fixed schedule with some flexibility suits you well (working hours between 7 AM and 7 PM):
Option 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
* You are an empathetic team player with a social attitude.
* Multitasking and stress resistance are second nature to you.
* You have basic knowledge of MS Office and quickly adapt to new systems.
* An interest in the medical sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
