Hauptaufgaben
As Teller, you will have the responsibility to control and account for all funds received and deposited daily as part of Commissary store operations. You will perform the following duties:
- Count change fund, set up cash drawers for front end personnel, and verify the accuracy of each drawer.
- Turn on the master cash control processor and set up the office terminal(s) for the day's business.
- Prepare, process and approve customer refunds
- Receive funds from the cashiers and verify for accuracy against the computer account printout and sales listed by department.
- Verify cashier's records to ensure accuracy or to determine shortage or overage.
- Compile reports.
- Respond with tact and diplomacy to customer questions and issues.
- As needed, perform the duties of sales store checker.

• PROFILE
- A High Secondary School diploma may be substituted for experience.
- Applicants who possess an intermediate secondary school diploma must demonstrate at least 6 months of creditable experience.
- Applicants with no diploma must demonstrate at least one year of creditable experience.
Creditable experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
Foreign education must be officially evaluated for Belgian equivalency.

The Civilian HR Service Center (CHRSC) will review each application and will refer candidates to the management official who will make the final selection.
