About the Role:
We're seeking a talented AOCS/Mission Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge satellite technology. You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing attitude and orbit control systems (AOCS) and leading mission analysis efforts.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the Charge: Drive the engineering and development of AOCS and/or satellite mission analysis, from concept to implementation.
* Define & Deliver: Capture top-level requirements, manage mission analysis, and create AOCS conceptual and operational designs.
* Technical Expertise: Define sensor and actuator requirements, perform complex simulations, and ensure seamless integration with spacecraft systems.
* Collaboration & Support: Work with software providers, support AOCS commissioning, and contribute to bids and studies.
* Documentation & Management: Manage technical budgets and documentation, and ensure overall technical coherence.
* Testing & Verification: Coordinate and participate in system/subsystem functional and performance tests.
What We're Looking For:
* Master's Degree in Aerospace/Space, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or a related engineering field.
* 3-5 years of experience in control and simulation.
* Proficiency in mission analysis using MATLAB and Simulink.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well within a team.
Important Note:
* Due to ITAR regulations, restrictions apply to candidates from certain countries or those with dual nationalities.
* Not available for remote work. Relocation to Belgium is essential.
