PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Accountabilities & Authorities:
Quality Action Plan :
1. Develop Quality Culture & Right First Time Approach.
2. Ensure consistency of QCD objectives and the contractual/regulatory obligations applicable to the projects.
3. Drives continuous improvement plans to analyze and reduce the CONQ, NCR, Safety issues and Demerit
Quality embedded in operations:
4. Deploy Quality Policy within the management committee of the Site,
5. Responsible for Quality and Safety assessment of the products & services delivered, according to the contractual quality requirements.
6. Increase Customer satisfaction through periodic meetings, Customers Surveys, product delivery controls,
7. Manage and escalate Top issues impacting safety and customer
8. Ensure that DFQ Gate Reviews and Suppliers FAI are done in time, including waiver when required
Quality Resources Management:
9. Lead, Manage and develop Quality teams, using quality school, expertise, and APSYS.
10. Deploy standard tools and indicators, and contribute to their improvement
QMS and Process management:
11. Ensure Process governance, Risk and Opportunity management with site interested parties.
12. Evaluate by Internal Audits the quality performance in each process.
13. Ensure the right update about the Quality (QMS) Reference documents, using REX process.
14. Ensure site QMS conformance against Alstom standards, Customer standards and ISO9001/IRIS requirements/CMMI/ECM...
Performance measurements:
15. Standard Quality KPI (Demerit, CONQ, FAI, DFQ, Go on Time, K1, K2, K3…)
16. APSYS score, Internal & External Audits results
17. Customer satisfaction, through Customer audits & yearly sites evaluation

Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Master degree in either Engineering, General Management, or Quality management
Experience:
Mandatory:
10 years of experience Quality, project and operation.
Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
