As Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be to
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to shape a strategic product vision based on comprehensive market analysis and insights into consumer behavior.
* Share market insights and contribute to the development of the company's product strategy.
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of researchers, translating the company's vision into achievable projects.
* Foster a collaborative environment within the team, ensuring alignment with the business needs of the company's partners and clients.
* Enhance team efficiency by refining existing processes and prioritizing high-value projects.
* Initiate and manage relationships with universities and industrial partners to stay abreast of technological and research trends.
* Incorporate partner insights into our product development in collaboration with the Product Manager.
* Monitor market developments and analyze trends in HR and recruitment, particularly focusing on recruitment and selection products.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behaviors and needs, and use these insights to inform the company's product management strategies.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* Extensive experience in management and leadership.
* Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
* Experience in product management/development.
* Experience in HR or the recruitment sector is a strong asset
* People-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about leading a team to create exceptional testing products.
* Strong collaborative mindset.
* Strong ability to convert market research and product vision into actionable plans
