Job Title: Key Account Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining personal contacts with building materials dealers and purchasing groups, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for building materials distributors and purchasing groups.
* Ensure a correct and transparent information flow between customers and internal departments.
* Follow up on all quotations in a correct and professional manner.
* Manage customer demands from order to delivery.
* Organize and participate in product training sessions, open houses, workshops, and fairs.
* Ensure that all customer information is accurately registered in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling technical products.
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for selling technical building products.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and French, with knowledge of English being a plus.
* A willingness to learn and be curious about new opportunities.
* Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
