The Corporate Tax department is included in the broader Corporate Finance department and is responsible for the worldwide tax strategy, tax risk management, and the transfer pricing policy.
Within the Corporate Tax department, we are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to support and advise the divisions and business groups.

We’re seeking a talented Corporate Tax Manager to play a crucial role in shaping our worldwide tax strategy and transfer pricing policy.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Transfer pricing
o Develop, improve, implement, and monitor tax-efficient operating transfer pricing models.
o Manage and update the financial transactions transfer pricing policy with Corporate Treasury.
o Maintain and improve transfer pricing documentation (master file, local files, DEMPE analysis, benchmarks, etc.).
o Responsible for the update and monitoring of the transfer pricing policy and guidelines within the Agfa Group.
o Take the lead in and manage tax and transfer pricing audit inquiries.
o Develop controls to ensure early identification of potential exposures and opportunities.
2. Tax Planning
o Supporting corporate restructuring & acquisition structuring (design, analyze, and review transaction structures) and participate in the subsequent business integration to achieve optimal results.
3. Business support
o Tax technical & transactional advice/support in an international context.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive professional with:
1. 5-8 years of experience in a Big Four firm or equivalent.
2. Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
3. In-depth knowledge of Belgian and international corporate tax and transfer pricing.
4. Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset.
5. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
