As ICT Teamlead, you will lead a team dedicated to the implementation, improvement, support and optimization of business applications and processes related to Sales, Logistics, Purchasing & Integration. Within these domains you act as an expert, project- and stakeholdermanager.
1. Drawing upon your knowledge and experience, you will serve as an expert and projectmanager within the sales, logistics and purchasing domains. Your innovative solutions and strategic insights will shape the future of our systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
2. As the Domain Lead, you will coach your team, nurturing their skills and expertise to ensure they excel in their roles.
3. You will guide your team in executing the application roadmap for these domains. From S/4 upgrades to middleware architecture roll-outs, new applications and EDI roadmap implementations, you will ensure that each project is delivered with precision and agility.
4. You will oversee the integration architecture and application lifecycle of our interface middleware, orchestrating seamless interactions between systems.
5. As a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, you will forge strong partnerships, provide invaluable consultancy and try to align ICT initiatives with business priorities.

We expect you to:
6. Be a born people manager with the necessary drive and know-how to help lift your ICT team to a higher level.
7. Have excellent knowledge of SAP Sales (SAP SD), Logistics (SAP LE) & Purchasing (SAP MM) module, as well as EDI set-up. Having participated in an SAP end-to-end roll-out and having managed specific projects in the domain of Sales, Logistics or Purchasing is vital in this role.
8. Be able to navigate stakeholder relationships in a global environment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
9. Given the fact that our sales offices & manufacturing sites are around the world, regular travel is part of the job.
10. Be fluent in Dutch and English.
