TransPerfect is hiring customer-focused individuals to triage user requests as part of the Client Services team. As a Client Services Representative, you will respond to queries, make custom configurations in our web-based applications and troubleshoot issues. This is an entry-level position with a career growth plan within Level 1 support, Training or long term within the cross-functional development teams.
Responsibilities:
The TechOps Support team provides the first line of support for all end users (internal at TransPerfect and for our clients) for GlobalLink Technology, a growing suite of web-based applications.
Client Service Representatives daily responsibilities include:
* Responding and managing requests on helpdesk software
* Providing phone support for users calling into the support phone line.
* Managing the individual projects on GlobalLink applications, including working with the administrators in the creation of the site, training end users on using the application, and working closely with the site administrators on the ongoing upkeep and management of the site.
* Being an exceptional teammate, working together to tackle high volumes of requests within SLAs.
* Communicating internationally with teammates and users & displaying great cultural acceptance.
* Performing User Acceptance Testing on features relevant to Administrators of the applications and providing feedback
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service
* Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proficient with Windows Operating systems
* Ability to quickly and effectively learn to support TransPerfect Interactive’s web-based applications
* Must be able multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Desired Skills and Experiences:
* Experience supporting web-based applications
* Experience with Adobe Applications including Acrobat Professional and Reader
* Proficient with Mac OS
* Professional-level language skills in Spanish (not required but preferred)
