We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage complex programs and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions, and driving continuous improvements to meet both operational and commercial objectives. Your expertise will help manage escalations, optimize contract negotiations, and ensure that our customer satisfaction remains high while delivering results.
Qualifications and Experience
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and aligning our solutions with their needs. Regularly review customer forecasts and open orders, identify gaps, and work to resolve issues.
* Program Delivery & Performance: Oversee the end-to-end program management lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of products/services and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory, quality, and on-time delivery.
* Contract & Budget Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensure contractual terms are met, and manage budgets for the programs. Guide Junior Program Managers in contract management and budgeting processes.
* Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for customer escalations, including quality complaints, invoice issues, and supply chain challenges. Ensure that issues are resolved quickly and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships.
* Continuous Improvement & Strategy: Initiate and lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product margins. Ensure program management strategies align with company goals and foster a culture of best practices.
* Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership and guidance to Junior Program Managers, ensuring their development in managing programs effectively and improving team performance.
What you need to succeed in the role
* Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent experience
* Strong communication and relationship management skills with a focus on strategic customer interactions and conflict resolution.
* Extensive experience in program management, including managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and handling customer engagements.
* Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead initiatives to close those gaps effectively, including strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
* Strong experience with escalations, negotiations, and contract management, including handling complex contractual discussions.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment across departments.
* Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and implementing best practices in program management.
