Are you ready to drive digital commerce sales to new heights and secure market dominance in the vibrant Benelux region? Join our team as an E-commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) and be at the forefront of shaping our future growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the charge in achieving digital commerce sales targets and capturing market share across the Benelux region.
2. Oversee key accounts including pure-players (Farmaline & Newpharma), marketplaces (Amazon), and omnichannel platforms (Médi-Market).
3. Provide support to the sales team for online activities with other omni-players (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour, etc.) including business reviews and year-end negotiations.
4. Collaborate with customer marketing and category management to drive promotion and performance marketing initiatives, encompassing both upper and lower funnel activities.
5. Work closely with the Digital Commerce (D-com) lead to develop and execute strategic plans and media strategies, in partnership with the D-com media manager.
6. Utilize data analysis to uncover opportunities for portfolio optimization, including performance, promotions, activations, and market trends.
7. Foster strong stakeholder relationships between sales, marketing, digital leads, and regulatory bodies.
8. Assist in driving strategic initiatives at the local level and support the development of digital commerce capabilities within the commercial and marketing teams.
9. Optimize digital shelf performance in collaboration with the Digital Shelves Manager.
Qualifications:
10. 3-5 years of FMCG and e-commerce experience.
11. Proficiency in commercial account management, marketing, or media management.
12. Demonstrated success in digital commerce, especially in Amazon account management.
13. Fluency in English and either French or Dutch; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
14. Ideally holds a degree in economics, business administration, or digital management.
15. Deep understanding of Benelux digital commerce trends, particularly in retail and pharmacy sectors.
16. Track record in effective P&L management and cross-functional collaboration.
17. Proven ability to drive transformative initiatives and influence stakeholders.
18. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
