Assistant to the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work
1. The Assistant provides support to the ISPP team and responds directly to the ISPP Manager
2. The Assistant is responsible for the logistic organization of the plenary monthly meetings
3. The Assistant is responsible for organization of the preparation meetings
4. The Assistant is responsible to establish and diffuse the report of the plenary monthly meetings
5. The Assistant is responsible for the convocation and the related useful documents
6. The Assistant is responsible to establish/update the following useful documents : Annual Health and Safety action plan + ISPP Monthly report + CPPW actions follow-up
7. The Assistant is responsible for the public subsidy files for people with disabilities : he/she will have to follow up on existing files with the competent public authorities and when necessary initiate new requests
8. The Assistant is responsible for the correct diffusion of all deliverables of the department to our internal clients
9. The Assistant is responsible for managing, scheduling and organising meetings, travels and conferences participation
10. The Assistant is responsible for organizing video-conferences and welcoming external visitors
11. The Assistant manages the ISPP mailing box

12. The Assistant handles general secretarial tasks
13. The Assistant is responsible for managing, scheduling and organising meetings, travels, organize events
14. The Assistant is responsible for welcoming external visitors as well as newcomers in the team for the team.
15. He/she keeps the internet pages up to date;
16. He/she will have the opportunity to be involved in more specific missions/tasks related to the department.
Profiel
17. The candidate has a diploma in Office Management or similar
18. Languages : fluent in Dutch and French and proficient in English
19. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
20. Good oral and written communication skills
21. Sens of initiative, autonomy, solution oriented and able to manage priorities
