To strengthen its Human Resources team, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a keen interest in technical recruitment.
Your Responsibilities
At the Haren site:
* You oversee the entire internal and external recruitment process from A to Z (primarily for worker-level candidates). This includes identifying hiring needs, drafting job postings, conducting tests, leading selection interviews, preparing reports, and coordinating with hiring managers and business units.
* You handle the pre-selection of candidates by defining criteria, writing job advertisements, and analyzing applications.
* You manage the follow-up of applications and determine the selection process stages.
* You assess candidates using appropriate tools (tests, interviews, reports).
* You actively search for candidates to ensure the right person is placed in the right position.
* You contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment procedures and processes.
* You participate in specific selection processes (temporary staff, student hires, etc.) and support HR activities such as reintegration programs after long-term absences or organizational restructuring.
* You ensure regular reporting through dashboards.
Your Profile
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or have equivalent experience in the field.
* You have a strong command of recruitment selection techniques and interview methodologies.
* Proficiency in test methods, their analysis, and interpretation is a plus.
* You have solid knowledge of MS Office.
* You are highly proficient in both national languages, both written and spoken.
* Your personal qualities include a strong sense of ethics, rigor, structured thinking, logical approach, objectivity, flexibility, empathy, teamwork skills, autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical reasoning.
