Your mission
As Sales Team Leader Professional Sales, you lead, inspire, coach and motivate a team of sales representatives in the SOHO and Small & Medium Enterprise market (‘Business’ segment) in a pre-defined region to maximize revenue and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques and customer relationship management.
* Target Achievement: set clear goals and objectives for the sales team. Monitor progress towards targets, implementing corrective actions as needed. If required, meet and exceed personal sales quotas by actively managing an own sales pipeline and closing deals.
* Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback. Address underperformance promptly and effectively.
* Coaching and Development: onboard, train and mentor sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices. Accompany in customer visits, on a regular basis in order to observe skills, knowledge and attitude. Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to address them in close collaboration with the learning & development center.
* Sales Strategy Execution: collaborate with senior management to align team efforts with overall business goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives within the team to drive the sales and revenue growth of the company’s products and services and hence achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management: ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains strong client relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, concerns, and escalations promptly.
* Reporting and Analytics: monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track sales performance and forecast future sales, and areas for improvement.
Your profile
* You have a minimum of a graduate degree in sales/marketing with proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
* Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role.
* Sales experience and sales training, especially in ‘solution selling’ or equivalent (proven sales track record). Additional training certification is a plus.
* Good business experience, understanding customer needs.
* Good knowledge of the telco/ICT market.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, capacity to deliver, and time management.
