1. Support payroll administration in collaboration with payroll agencies, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
2. Collect and prepare all payroll data and documents.
3. Assist the Payroll Supervisor in verifying payroll results and preparing payment instructions.
4. Coordinate with the internal accounting department for correct salary cost bookkeeping.
5. Address daily employee demands, questions, and communications related to payroll and benefits.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefit plans.
7. Provide follow-up for requests regarding parental leave, time off, etc.
ProfielEducation Requirements and Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR-related fields.
9. Minimum of two years’ experience in payroll.
10. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French and Dutch is an asset.
11. Experience with SDWORX (eBlox & Blox HR tools) is a plus.
12. Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.
