Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a CMC Dev Learning Partner to join our CMC Development Excellence & Operations team based at our UCB Campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.About the RoleThe CMC Dev Learning Partner is responsible for maintaining compliance of staff qualification as per the CMC Dev Business Compliance Roadmap. The role ensures the appropriate strategy and operational execution of the training process within CMC Dev, contributing to the continuous improvement of efficiency and development of best practice solutions for training management.What You Will Do:Manage staff qualification process to ensure compliance within CMC Dev (creation/update of training matrix, training plan)Ensure training booster role for all CMC Dev (GMP and GSP)Develop and provide Key Performance Indicators, metrics, and reports related to Development Solutions training achievementEnsure communication regarding training availability within CMC Dev and to other departments as appropriateSupport change controls involving organizational or staff qualification processes & systems; drive audits related to business processes and QMS processes & systems across CMC Dev (ad hoc for audits with local/operational scope)Support inspection readiness for all activities in scopeIdentify opportunities for simplification of compliance processes & systems in collaboration with the Process Excellence team & stakeholders and ensure related project management or supportInterested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:5 years of industrial experience in pharmaceutical development, preferably with roles in compliance or training managementKnowledge in QMS applied to CMC development with a specific deep understanding of QMS processes & systems (GxP & GSP)Experience with preparation of business processes auditsGood knowledge of learning principles and associated toolsAbility to build partnerships internally and externallyGood leadership, collaboration mindset, and communication skillsResilience and ability to lead and influence peopleExcellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize according to company priorities, compliance, and patient safety riskAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
