MOLFAR is a new fine dining restaurant opening in the heart of Brussels. We are looking for an elegant, service focused Chef de Rang to help deliver a world class guest experience.
About the Role:
* Be the key point of contact for guests at your section
* Ensure seamless service with attention to detail and grace
* Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and communicate with the kitchen and sommelier
* Set and maintain a pristine mise en place
* Support team coordination during service
You Are:
* Experienced (2+ years) in fine dining or luxury hospitality
* Warm, attentive, and highly professional
* Fluent in English and French (other languages a plus)
* Knowledgeable about food, wine, and refined service etiquette
* Calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills

MOLFAR est un nouveau restaurant gastronomique qui ouvrira prochainement ses portes au cur de Bruxelles.
Nous recrutons un(e) Chef de Rang passionne(e) de service haut de gamme pour offrir une experience client exceptionnelle.
Vos Missions :
* tre linterlocuteur principal des clients dans votre rang
* Assurer un service fluide, raffine et attentif
* Presenter les menus, repondre aux questions, assurer la liaison avec la cuisine et la sommellerie
* Mettre en place et maintenir un poste de travail irreprochable
* Collaborer etroitement avec lequipe pendant le service
Profil recherche :
* Minimum 2 ans dexperience en restauration gastronomique ou htellerie de luxe
* Presentation soignee, sens de laccueil et grande attention aux details
* Matrise du franais et de langlais (autres langues bienvenues)
* Connaissances solides en gastronomie et nologie
* Calme, organise(e), avec un excellent relationnel
