As a Process & Support Assistant, your role is crucial in maintaining the operational excellence of cleanrooms. You will be the first-line support for operational, technical, process, and hardware issues, ensuring that our cutting-edge machines operate at their best.
Your responsibilities include:
Being the primary contact for troubleshooting, maintenance, and follow-up of processes.
Searching for solutions to hardware problems and process-related issues, performing initial troubleshooting.
Collaborating with engineers to analyze and prevent problems, striving for sustainable solutions.
Developing and optimizing Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP) and 'first-aid' procedures for hardware or processes when necessary.
Identifying recurring problems and proposing structural solutions or escalating complex issues to engineers.
Generating ideas to enhance the safety, quality, and efficiency of the devices you operate.
Organizing training sessions for fellow operators and assessing their qualifications.
Vereisten
Professional Bachelor's degree in a preferably technical field (chemistry or electromechanics).
Preferably, you have relevant experience in a technical position, but newly graduated bachelors are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong planning skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
High drive to work in a highly motivated and multicultural setting.
Excellent knowledge of English is essential due to the international nature of the company .
Willingness to work in a fully continuous system (4-shift regime).
