* In this role, you are responsible for the installation and commissioning of various systems at clients worldwide.
* This includes both technical and application support to ensure smooth operation of the systems for clients.
* You perform service assignments for clients both domestically and internationally.
* Additionally, you provide support by phone.
* In collaboration with the sales department, you conduct demonstrations on the machines for potential clients, either on-site at the client's location or in the demo center.
* Between interventions, you support the testing and R&D departments.
* Technical background, preferably in electromechanics or a similar field.
* Experience with international clients is a plus.
* Problem-solving and customer-oriented.
* Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
