As a Polyvalent Assistant, you will be responsible for managing documents and providing administrative support to our team. Your tasks will include:
1. Organizing and managing documents, both physical and digital
2. Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
3. Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
4. Answering phone calls and emails
5. Performing general administrative tasks as needed
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
