To strengthen our market position, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to actively identify new business opportunities and build relationships with self-employed professionals and SMEs.
Your role
As Business Development Manager – Fleet, you will be responsible for actively expanding our client portfolio. You will map the market, establish new connections, and build sustainable partnerships. You will spend 70% of your time externally and 30% internally, constantly looking for new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships.
What will you do?
* Actively prospect and expand our customer base.
* Build and maintain relationships with self-employed professionals and SMEs.
* Negotiate and manage the entire commercial process.
* Contribute to the further development and growth of Weston Fleet.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer-focused solutions.
Who are you?
* You have experience in a commercial role, preferably in the mobility or fleet sector.
* You are a driven and results-oriented professional who recognizes and seizes market opportunities.
* You work independently and take initiative.
* You thrive in a growing division where entrepreneurship and flexibility are key.
* You have strong communication skills and are a persuasive negotiator.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French.
