Our Group Technology Department requires a skilled Product Owner Customer Care to join the Customer care team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective and efficient customer service, enabling our agile team to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality results.
Job Description
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating Care products, maximizing value from technology, managing the product backlog, and ensuring clarity. Your daily interactions with stakeholders and team members will focus on conducting evaluations, scheduling one-on-ones, syncs, and progress meetings. Key responsibilities include:
* Representing your product at PI-planning, guarding PI commitments, and ensuring roadmap realization.
* Overseeing the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for backlog items and features, ensuring robust QA and handover processes.
* Managing the budget for Care solutions, monitoring internal and external team backlogs, and maintaining oversight.
* Identifying and minimizing dependencies between backlog tickets across teams within and outside the Care domain, and acting as the central contact point for incidents and issues in your portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled professional with proven expertise as a product or solutions owner. A strong command of the Dutch language and experience in the Care/Contact Center domain are highly desirable. Additionally, flexibility to travel regularly between Antwerp and Amsterdam is necessary. Key qualifications include:
* Proven track record in product ownership or similar roles.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
