Client Director (Account Director)
Location: 87seconds, Tour & Taxis, Brussels, Belgium
We are seeking a Client Director to oversee the strategic management of a major retail brand, while also contributing to other B2C and B2B accounts within the agency. This role requires exceptional leadership, client relationship skills, and strategic oversight to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
* Lead strategic planning and oversee campaign execution across digital, social media, and CRM platforms.
* Ensure the delivery of culturally relevant and high-quality content across multiple accounts.
* Collaborate with creative and production teams to achieve client objectives and business goals.
* Drive and track SOW and financial aspects.
Requirements:
* Strong background in account management with experience handling high-profile clients.
* Ability and curiosity working with project management tools like Jira, Notion…
* In-depth knowledge of the Belgian market and consumer behavior.
* Experience in digital, social media, and CRM campaign management.
* Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with strong English proficiency.
