What does the role involve?
It’s a 2-year program in which we invest deeply in your professional and personal development. You start with a one-month training program with comprehensive in-house courses, training days and leanring on the job with colleagues.
12 months : You will start as an Account Manager and will get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business, our customers, products, services and software.
9 months in the EEC (Engineering Competence Center) with a focus on support in anchor calculations (phase 1) and additional installation and firestop calculations (phase 2). In these 9 months you will also work on a strategic project (most likely Technical Marketing topic) for 20% of your time.
3 months of transition towards the landing position of Field Engineer position by taking up:
1. 60% ECC continuity
2. 40% Junior Project/Field Engineering responsibility for a specific project or specific group of customers including specifiers.

What you need is:
3. You’ve recently graduated or will soon graduate with an Engineering degree
4. You’re fluent in English and French or Dutch
5. You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience
6. You’re engaged in activities beyond studies and demonstrate good leadership skills
7. You’re mature, assertive and committed to your career development with good communication skills
8. You describe yourself as flexible, proactive and able to come up with solutions
9. You’re ambitious and you are preferably prepared to relocate nationally or internationally at some point in the future.
