Our client in France is a leading plumbing and faucet manufacturer. They are looking to expand into Belgium, in the French-speaking/Walloon region, and are seeking a self-motivated field sales representative with a focus on flushing, able to withstand pressure and proactively propose solutions.

As Sales Manager for Belgium, you will be a key player in our development in this market. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Growing revenue in your sector through our distribution network specializing in building finishing.
Prescribing solutions to project owners, design offices, and installers.
Managing your projects using our CRM, coordinating actions between various partners.
Training and informing key stakeholders about our products to strengthen their expertise. Organize events such as open houses, training sessions, and participate in trade shows.
Collaborate closely with our internal teams to optimize performance in your sector.

Profile
Minimum 2-year technical or commercial degree, ideally in the fluids or construction sector.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (industrial environment), with a strong appetite for working in a competitive environment. A true hunter's temperament.
Bilingual Flemish, French proficiency.
Curious, rigorous, persevering, and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are comfortable building relationships based on trust.
Comfortable with IT tools and results-oriented.
