HR Business Partner
Mission:
Within the Human Resources Department of Thales Belgium, you will be responsible for the role of HR Business Partner in supporting the growth of the business by leading a series of missions and projects detailed below.
In this position, you will work with the other HR team members and you will report to the HR Director of the company.
Your mission will be carried out mainly on 2 sites: Tubize & Herstal.
You will also be responsible for all HR topics for a small entity in Leuven managed mainly from distance.
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead HR external communication & relations, responsible to promote the employer brand of THALES in Belgium & Luxembourg through HR external and diversified networks;
2. Be HR business partner for both SIX Domain in Tubize and LAS Domain in Herstal: be a force of proposal and provide daily HR support to managers (and employees); help shaping and planning departments HR needs (staffing, training, knowledge transfer etc);
3. Initiate local actions within the wellbeing framework to improve the overall wellbeing of the employees (role of well being officer);
4. Support workforce planning by identifying critical positions, competency management, how & when to install knowledge sharing and build recognition plans for expertise (develop and animate technical expertise community). Manage Learning & Development together with your HR colleague: coach, advise and support employees in their professional development, act as a senior learning partner, develop and deploy according training paths/experience in line with Groups tools & approach;
5. Support the employer representatives for HR topics discussed at C T meetings and lead these topics from an HR perspective/responsibility;
6. Provide expertise in the management of individual and collective topics related to labor law;<
