A Snapshot of Your Day
In our project management team, we are supporting Belgian customers with aftermarket services, including technical support, inspections and overhauls of their equipment etc. In most cases, customers have signed up for multi-year service programs, and we are then responsible for completing the committed scope of work. We are now looking for a team assistant who can support the project managers and other colleagues with administrative tasks.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Project Assistance for customer projects / project teams
2. Prepare work packages for processing of offers, orders
3. Project planning, logistics, and purchase follow up
4. Preparation of documents and reports
5. Using project management and sales relevant tools (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
6. Plus a variety of other day-to-day tasks
What You Bring
7. Fluency in English, French and/ or Dutch, knowledge of Flemish is an advantage
8. Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
9. Knowledge of SAP advantageous
10. Curiosity, attention to detail, and autonomy
11. Initiative, open-minded to new insights, and a positive approach to change
12. Organized and able to effectively prioritise, excellent team player
