Roles & Responsibilities
1. You will be part of the Digital Risk Management team (+100 employees) with primary focus on executing technology audits and advising clients on the use and management of information systems and technology.
2. You will serve technology audit and technology advisory engagements in multi-disciplinary teams.
3. You will interact with clients to collect all the necessary data and information to carry out the audit.
4. You will work in a team, getting to know our clients, their businesses and how they work.
5. You will contribute to the development of risk-based audit plan, planning audit engagement, executing the audit and communicating the results as well as performing follow-up on the recommendations.
6. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of smaller IT audits ensuring effective scoping and delivery to time, budget and quality.
7. You will keep engagement leaders updated on audit engagements.
8. You will identify revenue-generating opportunities within the audit scope, e.g. for unplanned work, and across the wider market of non-audit clients.
9. You will build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
10. You will constantly develop your understanding of current market trends and processes and share your knowledge to help develop junior colleagues.
11. You will quickly integrate in the team and closely collaborate with all professionals involved in the files where your assistance is required.

Skills & Qualifications
12. You hold a Master’s degree with a least 4 years of experience in IT audit
13. You have experience with the delivery controls assurance in complex IT environments. Experience with emerging technology such as cloud computing, robotic process automation, etc. will be an added advantage.
14. You have a good understanding of common business processes.
15. You have experience in identifying and assessing complex IT risks and controls, relate them to the wider business environment and to express opinions clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
16. You are able to motivate and lead small teams and work on own initiative.
17. You are able to develop excellent relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
18. You are able to deliver work within tight timescales, to budget and to a high quality across a portfolio of IT audit work.
19. You are proactive, organized, a team player and take ownership of your work.
20. You have a strong business sense and professional attitude.
21. You are willing to go the extra mile.
22. You are dedicated to provide added value to your clients.
23. A relevant certification, e.g. CISA, CISM, CIA, etc. is a plus.
24. You are willing to continuously learn.
25. You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French and proficient with technical and business English, reporting and presentation skills.
