As a Management Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to top management
* Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Coordinate and manage projects as directed
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Perform other duties as assigned
A successful Management Assistant should have:
* An academic background in Business Administration or a related field
* Excellent levels of English and French
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is a plus
