Are you ready to unlock your potential for innovation and drive customer success to new heights? Join us as a Customer and Logistic Intern in the Supply Chain department starting January 2nd, 2025. In this 6-month internship, youll be responsible for ensuring the best customer service. This hybrid role will be located in our Belgium Office in Zaventem, and you will work together with other regions and channels across the business. This role reports to the Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
1. Analytical Skills You will be analysing internal and retailer metrics, logistics indications, stock levels and more.
2. Daily Reports Youll report tasks to support the order management and integrated business planning processes.
3. Customer Service - Supporting the customer service team in order management tasks like order entry, stock allocation and delivery coordination in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Collaboration is Key You will communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Planning, IT etc.) to provide solutions and resolve customer logistics, order fulfilments and transportation issues.
5. Continuous Improvement - Working on process improvement projects under guidance from the Customer Success & Logistics and International Business Planner managers.
Were Looking for Someone With
6. Currently completing or recently completed a masters degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar.
7. A previous experience (internship) in supply chain, planning, customer service, reporting or similar role.
8. Strong proficiency of MS Excel, you have great analytical skills.
9. Confidence in communication within an international, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
10. Fluency in English, (Dutch or French are a plus).
