Your Role
* Reception & administration: handling incoming calls and mail, welcoming visitors, medical inquiries, and adverse drug reaction reports
* Planning business trips, organizing congresses and events, supporting office teams with administration, presentations, and reporting
* Administrative support to sales teams for scientific events and office management
* Main point of contact for facility management and maintenance staff
* Manage office supplies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Professional experience in hospitality management or a related field
* Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Dutch, French, and English languages
* Service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn, friendly phone demeanor, precise work style, team spirit, and reliability
